VSIP4

VSIP4 is ATEME’s latest 4 channel IP video/audio encoder with integrated DNA technology.

Video is encoded using ATEME’s internally developed H.264 (MPEG-4 Part 10) codec. As the result of many years of focused encoding development, ATEME is in the unique position of providing the best H.264 encoding solutions available on the market today.

This new VSIP4 compact design means that it is possible to fit 80 video channels on a 3U rack. This translates to a huge saving in space and cabling costs. Each stream can be configured and managed as required via an integrated web interface. Configuration settings are then held in memory on a back plane integrated into the rear of the rack housing. This greatly reduces any potential system downtime as replacement cards get automatically configured with the previous cards settings.

VSIP4 is the first product from ATEME to incorporate the full range of tools available in the Dynamic Network Adaption (DNA) feature set. The DNA feature set not only reduces network bitrates but enhances the encoder by providing even further improvements in video quality. Also included in DNA are many intelligent alarm functionalities.

In order to give our customers optimal results, we have designed a dual processor architecture to get the maximum performance from the hardware. (DSP’s for video processing and a GPP for streaming and system management).

VSIP2

VSIP2 is ATEME’s single channel IP video encoder with integrated DNA technology. It is available in either MPEG-4 or H.264 and can include audio should it be required.

Video is encoded using ATEME’s internally developed MPEG-4 or H.264 (MPEG-4 Part 10) codec, depending on which option was chosen at the point of purchase. As the result of many years of focused encoding development, ATEME is in the unique position to provide the best MPEG-4 and H.264 encoding solutions available in the world today.

The latest exciting development with the VSIP2 product is that now it incorporates an extended temperature range (-40°C to +70°C) for use in extreme temperature environments. This is a very beneficial product enhancement giving customers’ added flexibility.

The MPEG-4 version of VSIP2 incorporates many of the features contained within the Dynamic Network Adaption (DNA) package.

The H.264 version however, incorporates the complete range of tools available in the DNA feature set.

VSIP3

VSIP3 is ATEME’s dual channel IP video encoder. This compact rack design has support for two video channel inputs. Video is encoded using ATEME’s internally developed MPEG-4 encoding technology providing customers with the best possible video quality.

As with all ATEME products, the encoding algorithm used is completely standard thus ensuring compatibility with future and existing MPEG-4 standard products.

Using the integrated web interface, configure each video input with flexibility and ease to best suit your particular video security needs.

VISIO

VISIO is ATEME’s standalone 4 channel IP video encoder with internal storage. Its innovative architecture based on two processors (DSP for video processing and a general purpose processor (GPP) for recording, configuration management and streaming) offers unprecedented video quality and enables local recording due to its internal storage capability.

The video is encoded using ATEME’s internally developed MPEG-4 encoding technology providing customers with the best possible video quality.

Encode audio where available via the integrated AAC-LC audio codec.

Using the integrated web interface, configure each video input with flexibility and ease to best suit your particular video security needs.
