German Television News Station, N24, utilizes ATEME Technology in Live Broadcasts around the world

COLOGNE, Germany – May 21, 2014 (ANGACOM, Kölnmesse, Hall 10.2, Booth #K19) , ATEME a global leader in advanced video compression solutions for the broadcast industry, announced today that SATCOM, a German service provider for satellite transmission and outside broadcast (OB) vans, has selected ATEME’s Kyrion encoders to upgrade its satellite news-gathering (SNG) and OB vehicles from SD MPEG-2 to HD MPEG-4.
