THANK YOU FOR VISITING US AT IBC 2012.
With our greatest pleasure we welcomed many visitors to our stand interested in the latest ATEME technology.
Regarding Contribution, the new interoperable Kyrion CM5000 encoder captured the eyes of many operators, who prised its front panel designed for fast and easy manual operations, its fast booting time, its light weight and extremely low power consumption.
On the development side, lots of admirers came to see the new codec HEVC (High Efficiency Video Coding) performed on 4K TV screen. The new HEVC allows broadcasters to reduce the bandwidth needed to deliver Ultra High Definition Television (UHDTV).
For Multi-Screen TV Delivery, ATEME presented its new EAVC4 encoder. The new EAVC4, H.264 encoder was designed in order to adapt video content for specific screen sizes and available bandwidths through an optimised encoding software algorithm. It enables the same video quality encoding with 20% less bandwidth!
